Chapter 14

As the anger coursed through her veins, her hands clenched tightly into fists, squeezing life out of the paper, the knuckles of her fingers turning white as she strained to contain the fury she felt. Her eyes, became bloodshot and blazing. Her face, normally calm and comported, twisted into a scowl, her eyebrows furrowing deeply as her jaw clenched tightly. The tendons in her neck stood out, like taut wires, as she gritted her teeth, the muscles in her face working overtime to restrain the explosion building inside.
