Maya glared at her friend in front of her, chewing the toppings on a doughnut and humming like they had not just come out of the bathroom with a pregnancy stick that had two bright lines. They were in Abby's sitting room now, and since they were out, Abby never spoke a word to her except to send her nervous, concerned glances while feasting on the doughnut, and it was beginning to get on Maya's nerves.
