It was an undeniable fact—Bradley had indeed restored the village’s reputation and pride after his powerful fight against Oscar’s men, but he raised his hand to stop the crowd’s applause. Oscar then stood up to realize that all the pain in his body had disappeared—it felt as if he had never been injured in the first place. He thoroughly accepted his defeat right then. “My men and I will obey your orders in the future, Bradley. Please relieve them from their suffering,” Oscar uttered respectfully after taking a few steps toward Bradley.
Bradley nodded. “It seems like you really care for your men.” He then reached his palms out to retrieve all the tingle shots on them. All of the men on the ground no longer felt any pain when they stood up, and they immediately formed a line in front of Bradley to show their respect for him. “From tomorrow onward, you guys will be in charge of opening up and developing all the mountainous lands opposite this area. I don’t want to see a single blade of grass remaining once you’re done; everything has to be precise and tidy.” Bradley addressed all of the men at once.
