According to the provisions of our country's criminal law: if someone intentionally harms another person's body, they shall be sentenced to three years or less of fixed-term imprisonment, detention, or control. If the injury is severe, the sentence is three to ten years of fixed-term imprisonment; if the person dies or if the injury is caused by special cruel means resulting in serious disability, the sentence is ten years or more of fixed-term imprisonment, life imprisonment, or death penalty. Inciting others to intentionally kill is a joint crime, and the instigator is treated as the principal offender.
