Chapter 215 Class Gap

I reached the opposite side of the road and turned back around to stare at the back of the man's silhouette. I didn't realize how much I was anticipating for him to look back at me until he disappeared completely, and I let out a pained sigh. At that moment, my impulses got the better of me, and I ran back across the road, completely disregarding the red traffic light. As a result, lots of cars screeched to a stop to avoid crashing into me, but their angry shouts went in one ear and out the other as I kept on running.
