Monday's workout served as a transition period. I taught Cassi the basics of kickboxing: jabs, crosses, feet movement, etc. On Tuesday, I introduced her to hooks and combos. Wednesday, I began to act as a partner for her, holding targets for her to hit and giving her someone to mirror. I really enjoyed that session because it gave me a sense of our physical compatibility--we fit very naturally it seemed.
Thursday is when I made my move.
