Luciano dipped his hand in his pocket to bring out his phone which was ringing. He just arrived after an over ten-hour flight and was looking forward to having a long bath before he would call Danielle. He hadn’t wanted to leave but Danielle would not let him. He was jet-lagged and homesick even though he barely arrived. In all the years he has been in business, this was the first time that he genuinely didn’t want to attend a business conference.
