Jeanette stepped into the room and saw the brocade curtains tied at both ends. The afternoon sunlight filtered into the room, shining on a man dressed in a dark blue suit seated at the piano. He was playing intently with his back to her. At the sight of that person's back, she staggered backward frantically, bumping into the door and disturbing the man playing the piano.
