I couldn’t help but think that the universe was fair, as I managed to grasp onto Jaden’s weak spot within three months upon my return to Jacinth City after the near-death experience with Jessie. While checking on Madison, I wore a complex expression on my face. After half an hour, we arrived at her house. Madison went on to take a shower, while I busied myself in the kitchen.
