The next day we met for lunch at a burger joint near campus. Neither of us mentioned the previous night's events, and I assumed that she must have been embarrassed about it. But after a couple of hours together, I found myself looking forward to seeing her again. I couldn't explain why, but I was certain that things were about to get a whole lot wilder between us. "I've got something else planned for tonight," she told me as we were leaving the restaurant. "I hope that you don't mind."
