Logan thought the exhaustion would eventually lull him to sleep, but Lola being beside him staved off all sleepiness. A while later, Logan said, “Why don’t I sleep outside, Lola? I can’t sleep with you beside me.” Logan wondered what was wrong with him. Back when he was dating Jasmine, she’d dropped hints about staying the night together, and he knew her goal was definitely more than that.
