Rhea paced restlessly in her room, her heart racing, making it impossible for her to simply lie down and drift off to sleep. Alpha Killian had locked her bedroom door from the outside. He leaves after yanking her from the hall and pulling her along. "Alpha, what's my mistake this time?" Rhea attempted to free her hand from his firm hold as he led her behind him. It was painful, yet he refused to heed her words.
