Alex thought that after the bait he tossed at the party that night, everyone would be upset and shun her. But now he realize that the hate they gave wouldn't faze her; he knew that Omega was tougher than she appeared. Alex thinks Killian would be so focused on his sister that he would let his watch slip off the girl. That's when he could finally set his plan in motion to get her out of there. Take her and bring her to the Nightfall pack to be his, as it is meant to be. Yet ever since that night, he had kept a constant watch over her.
