*Isabel* One of the other kitchen volunteers informed me Cora had already gone home. She usually went home immediately after work. She was in charge of her younger brother and was barely making enough money to pay the babysitter, so she was extremely mindful of what she did with her time after work hours. Unlike the rest of the volunteers, I was the only one who wasn't getting paid. I'd been too pleased with knowing Dante paid the volunteers, to bother about myself (not like I had any use for the money). Slaves hadn't been paid back in my pack, and that was basically what Silver Fang's volunteers were.
