Dante I had to be careful to not let the information get into the wrong hands. The gash at my side wasn't supposed to take more than a few minutes for me to heal completely, but based on how deep it was - and the fact that the idiot might have dipped his claws in poison before the fight - I knew it would take longer than necessary. I stared off at the direction he had taken, debated checking it out for myself and then thought against it a second later. Thorne and the rest of the other pack warriors were coming up with a plan. It would be best if we stuck with it. And not let too many people know what we were planning either. Deciding to keep the news of the attack and Adrian's escape to myself for some time, I slowly began heading back to the pack.
